MY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Certificate 3 & 4 in Personal Training. HIIT Boxing & Kickboxing Level 1 & 2 certified. Functional Training Level 1 & Mobility for Functional Lifting Level 1 certified. 3 years experience in personal training and instructing.

MY TRAINING STYLE: Fast and friendly with a mix of strength & conditioning.
