Group Fitness means training in a class environment where you can get a great workout while exercising at your pace and at your fitness level. The Body Factory has 55 group training classes in Caringbah, every week and your choices include HIIT classes to lose body fat and improve fitness, strength classes to build muscle and boxing for extra intensity. Train in a style that is ideal for men and women who want to shape and tone for a fit healthy look.

All group fitness classes have a functional workout aspect for developing body shape and good health, and our coaches are there to show you the right technique and to push your workout.
