GROUP FITNESS CLASSES


Group Fitness means training in a class environment where you can get a great workout while exercising at your pace and at your fitness level. The Body Factory has over 30 classes every week and your choices include HIIT classes to lose body fat and improve fitness, boxing for extra intensity, and training in a style that is ideal for women who want to shape and tone.

All classes have a functional workout aspect for developing body shape and good health, and our coaches are there to show you the right technique and to push your workout. If your goal is to build muscle and gain strength, try our power classes which are designed for men and women of all fitness levels and have specific exercises for muscle gain. About this class!

Turn up, read it, and get it done! An open style workout class with a board that dictates your destiny. Show up at any time during the 60 or 90 minute WOD window, set up your space and get the workout done in your time. This HIIT and strength session will start your week with a sweat and our instructors are there to ensure you get the most from your workout.

Power Circuit


About this class!

Push out the reps as you work through your sets in a weights circuit formation that is promised to burn! Mixing music with muscle and high energy hustle without the bikes, rowers and runners, adding the bars, dumbbells and benches. Expect to leave with a pump!

Fight Fit


About this class!

Some days you feel like you need to hit something right? Sweat until you are soaked with this combat and core class, great for men and women of all fitness levels. Our instructors will show you the right boxing techniques to get the most from your workout! Boxing gloves and hand wraps are not provided and you must bring your own to class. Hand wraps are available for purchase for $14.95.

Is Super when its Saturday! Classes on on every Saturday but once a month watch out for Super Saturday. This epic 90 minute class takes you from HIIT, to Strength to Boxing in a super class with 3 zones that this class will help you lose weight and tone up. As treat Super Saturdays have a prize for best and smoothies or other treats on the house, Boxing gloves and hand wraps are not provided and you must bring your own to class. Working in short bursts with short breaks between each exercise, this high intensity workout is your go to for fat burning and improving your fitness levels. Classes are designed to target all muscles of the body and get your blood flowing to ensure a full body burn. TABATA is suitable for all fitness levels and is popular for women.

Want to change the shape of your booty? Lift it? Sculpt it? Then you’ve come to the right class! This class is popular with the ladies as it targets all of those popular problem areas in one go! We work with booty bands, mini-weights and plenty of time under tension to help build you a stronger, more capable core and butt! Join Coach Bec for some fun, some burn and plenty of cracking one-liners that will have you giggling through a low-impact but high-intensity session.
