I love working with people and supporting them on their own fitness journey. I understand that different people have different goals and I believe it is important to build relationships with each and very client to guide them on their own personal journey.
My Skills and Experience: Certificate 3 and 4 personal training, Bootcamp Essentials Level 1 & 2. 4 years experience in the fitness industry specialising in outdoor bootcamps, group fitness instructor, small group training and personal training.
My Training Style: I love mixing it up and trying new things that challenge the body whether it be high intensity, strength or your personal fitness and training I find a challenge to suit all fitness levels.
