About Aleisha
Aleisha brings an elite sporting background into her coaching. She played NPL1 Premier League soccer for over nine years, competing at a high level, representing multiple top clubs, and captaining teams. That experience shaped her discipline, leadership, and deep understanding of performance, training standards, and accountability.
Alongside her soccer career, Aleisha has trained in CrossFit for over three years and has competed in multiple competitions, developing a strong foundation in strength, conditioning, and overall athletic performance. This blend of high-level sport and functional training allows her to coach with clarity, intent, and real-world experience.
With over five years in the fitness industry and more than a year working in Reformer Pilates, Aleisha takes a well-rounded approach that improves strength, movement quality, and long-term results.
