About Dane
Dane has been training for over 15 years and brings both competitive experience and long-term coaching knowledge into his work. He has competed in bodybuilding in the Men’s Physique category in the IFBB league, placing 5th out of 20 athletes, giving him firsthand experience in physique development, discipline, and high-level preparation.
He has also competed in HYROX competitions, combining strength, endurance, and functional fitness under race conditions. This experience allows him to coach clients across a wide spectrum, from physique and strength goals to conditioning and real-world performance.
With over 10 years of experience in personal training and coaching, Dane understands what actually works long term, not just what looks good on social media. His focus is building strong, capable bodies through intelligent programming, consistency, and realistic nutrition strategies.
